Ello there! My name is Albert Luis Daugherty (Da-gad-dee) or as my friends call me Ownage. I love photography and graphic arts they are my passion, I’ve loved the idea of freezing a memory, a moment in time since I was a small boy. So naturally I found cameras to be one of the most amazing and magical creations in the world. This wonder was then released when I was 6 and went to the top of the Empire State Building with my parents, in which there was a gift shop, and looking at my parents with big puppy eyes I asked for a disposable camera.

     Many years later I still pursued my love of Photography and had gone from film media to digital and to SLR. However, shortly after I had received my Digital camera I had found out about special effects and digital editing. And seeing as my Digital Camera (a Nikon CoolPix) was almost completely automatic I needed to control the outcome in some way, so I did via post processing. As well, I found you could go much much farther than just tweaking colors and brightness, I could bring out imagination and dreams from my mind. I could create monsters, lands, any creation I wanted. Graphic arts took over what I intended doing when I first started instead of just freezing memories, I could create memories that did not exist! Bring my dreams to life.

     After gaining much experience with both I decided I wanted to take my photography and quality of my graphic arts farther, I wanted control, I wanted sharpness, speed, I wanted better noise handling, I wanted an SLR. So after some help from my massively supporting family, and some pitching in from some computer engineering jobs I got just that.

     I still have a long way to go but am no newbie, I have done Weddings, Senior Shots, Portfolio work for models, Quinces, Parties, and conceptual work as well. This is my passion and I plan on continuing to pursue this career, I love it, it’s me.
